Double Shot!
W00t. After we collected out PMR results on Thursday, we played futsal in school for some time. Dan came along cos he hasn't played futsal in school for a very long time. Then a bunch of us went out and then had lunch. Seemed like a short time but that was actually about 4pm. WE(Michael, Glenn, Hendrich and myself) went to Michael's house after lunch. Perk Yang and Alvin left right after they finished lunch and Song Ling went to play tennis. So at Michael's house we just laughed alot.Ohhh Hendrich xDAfter Glenn went home, Hendrich walked home at about 5 or 6 cos it looked like it was gonna rain. Then I went home at about 7pm++. Played DotA with Mike later that night and slept at 2am after watching a few episodes of 24.NEXT DAY!These few days I've been procrastinating to wake up.I set my alarm to 9.30am.Snooze to 10amSnooze to 10.30amSnooze to 10.45amSnooze to 10.55amWoke up at 11amSo i woke up at 11am. Called the taxi to come at 12.30pm cos i was meeting up with Dan, Glenn, Hendrich and Michael. The night before Dan booked tickets to watch AVP2 for the 2.30pm show. The taxi driver thought i said 12.45pm and so he came at 12.50pm. And i arrived at Sunway Pyramid at uhh 1.10pm. Saw Daniel at Starbucks who apparently had been there since 12.30pm bored stiff. 1-2 minutes later Michael, Glenn and Hendrich arrived at Starbucks as well.We went to collect the movie tickets first before heading off to lunch. Dan went to collect the tickets because the movie is 18+SG and he's the only one who looks 18. He got lucky though, ask him. ;)Then we headed off to Carl's Jr. thanks to Hendrich, he insisted. I guess the minimum anyone could spend was 20 bucks. So we had a set each and the subtotal was a whopping RM120 which made Michael groggy. It was THAT expensive because there was free refill and the burger was bigger than both my fists put together. The guys drowned the fries with pepper which was okay. Then they drowned it with salt. We used up almost all the salt we had on our table and were considering asking the next table if we could have some of their salt. Nah, not really. We sat right in the middle and talked alot and LAUGHED alot. Lots of stupid things done there. After lunch, went to watch movie and we passed to look 18+ enough so we got in. :D The movie was good but unexpectedly short(90mins) which was VERY disappointing for me. Bought nangka(jackfruit) and then went to play BOWLING!Hendrich and Glenn sat out the first game. So i got first cos Glenn didn't play. Glenn won the 2nd game followed by Michael who was damn lucky :p followed by Dan, Me and then Hendrich, funny fella. Then went to Atrium to play pool. Glenn, Michael and Hendrich had to go home because Michael was supposed to be home 2 hours ago. So i played pool with Dan. We drawed. I think we played 6 games or so and it was like win lose win lose win lose. I would elaborate on that but i've decided not to :) too badAnyway, its now 1.37AM and i think im gonna sleep soon. Just had a party and i was very antisocial - just sitting upstairs. Wasn't my party anyway ;)

yodle!
Okay so on Saturday i had Daniel, Ji Kin, Eugene and Wai Ren come over at around lunch. I woke up at 9 and had to wrap some presents and then shower cos i thought jikin was coming at 11, he lied to me..idiot. ANYway, Daniel came first at around 12+ and then he gave me a present and we played FIFA08 until Wai Ren and Jikin came which was about 2. Did some stuff i cant remember but basically just PS2 till gene came. I ordered dominos and it came some time after eugene arrived. So we had 2 Large 2 Regular, 2 big Cokes and 1 Sprite, for RM75 :D Ji Kin was the first to go home because he just HAD to go to cyber. Wai Ren wanted to go home with jikin because he fetched him here in the first place. We tried to stop him but apparently Wai Ren is UNSTOPPABLE! if you get what i mean. That was around 5 or so. Then Eugene had to go to his grandmother's house because his cousins are back from Aus. (It seems EVERYTIME we do something at someone's house, he always has cousins coming back and he has to go to his grammy's house every saturday, lol ) Eugene left around 7 or 8. You see, my mom was having a party for all her closest friends and so there was like 30+ people coming over and only Daniel stayed for dinner. All of them were supposed to stay but Eugene can't turn down his grammy, Jikin cant say no to cyber and Wai Ren just wants to be an ass. So Daniel stayed for the party. The whole time we were rather anti-social and so we stayed upstairs and played FIFA some more, basically thats what we did the whole time. He went back at 10 and i continued to entertain the younger kids with funny advertisements on YouTube. So when everyone went back, thats when the party ended. I need to go out. Thinking of planing something. Holidays are so boring. Nothing to do at all, other than those every now and then 'gathering' at someone's house. Next day I saw Daniel at church then went to dinner at Ming Tien and watched the two big matches. Well, thats all for now. Planning some stuff with Daniel now. Gotta call some people.
Sayonara.

As everyone knows, i haven't been posting lately. I said i would post some summary of my trip but i haven't even gotten all the details down yet. Just a matter of time yeh? I've been "Mapling" alot lately which is why im always 'busy' on MSN. I've got nothing to post cos i've got nothing to do at home except rot, like a vegetable. Isn't it cool? Course not >: /Tomorrow my mom is holding a party and i got some people to come over too. Maybe i'll post about that when its over. Oh well, i just remembered i joined this ambigram competition thing and this month's word is "White Rabbit". I'm only halfway through with the design and i hope i remember to get it done soon. Oh well, time to end this post. I'm getting tired.

So I guess I'm back
So have i been for the past month? Taking a break from the rest of the world. I flew in to Melbourne on the 16th of November and flew back from Adelaide on the 1st of December. I won't mention which route or where i went just YET. I'll do that in the next post cos there's just too much stuff to post about. I mean, 2 weeks! C'mon. Overall, it was a very memorable trip with lots of unforgettable things. I'm gonna list them now :D1. The Friendly AustraliansWow, everyone there is super friendly. Let's say you walk in a shop. "Hi there, love. How are we today?" That's what you get. They make you feel so at home! Once in a mall in Adelaide, i was looking at some TV with my dad and we were just basically standing there with our arms folded and nodding our heads at the TV. Then this staff member walks by( he looks like Chris Daughtry ) and says "hey guys" while smiling. Who in their right mind would do that in MALAYSIA? In Australia, every stranger is a friend. Cool huh.2. Flies! OHMYGOD! The most annoying flying black dots i've ever had to deal with in my life. There's this one place in Port Dickson where there are flies everywhere in this restaurant but this time its EVERYWHERE! Except indoors. As Justin described, they're just so damn lazy! They stick on you and just sit there, moving every now and then. But these flies really get in your face, literally! They stick on your eyebrows and try to get into places like the nose, eyes, mouth and the ears. When they fly they have an annoying buzzing sound and it drives every sane person nuts. Apparently some winds are blowing them south from the desert cos there are like TRILLIONS of flies all over Victoria. Everywhere there's bound to be hundreds of flies. Bloody hell, i ain't exaggerating. This kinda spoilt the trip a bit but hey, its a holiday!3. Different Brand NamesThese are just kinda weird. Hungry Jacks. No Burger King. Just Hungry Jacks. Yeah over there the name's changed. Don't know for what particular reason. Streets instead of Walls. Peter's in place of Nestlé. But i DID find something spectacular. It was in Melbourne and we were at a traffic light behind a truck. There was something on the back of it. It said : "FOOD WHOLESALERS. We don't just break your nuts, we roast them!" Got me laughing everytime i thought about it. But yeah, Hungry Jacks/Burger King, weird.4. Long Endless RoadMy mom calls it the Road to Nowhere. All the roads out of the city are really really straight. I actually had constant 'mirages'. Yeah, that thing you get in the desert cos its like 45°C. It looks like there's water on the road but its just the heat giving off some effect. Okay, the roads are really long, really straight, really boring but you still get to where you're heading.5. Random TemperatureOkay, this is what i mean. On the day we arrived the temperature was mild. Australia is currently experiencing its biggest drought in over 100 years so yeah, not much rain. Fairly sunny and about 28°C +. As we drove down to Mornington Peninsula it got colder, about 20°C. Then one evening, it rained, for two days. Slow, light, shower. It's nice and cooling and all but after the rain subsided, the temperature dropped like hell. With wind chill factor, temperatures were like 8°C at night, especially near the seaside. A week after that, it got warmer again. But it kept getting hotter and hotter and hotter till it reached 45°C. THAT was hot! But I didn't really sweat cos it wasn't humid at all. So yeah, temperature(it matters).6. Jumbo EVERYTHING!Everything there is big. I mean the food. At a Central Market(that's Chinatown) in Adelaide, i ordered a medium coke. Bloody hell it was 8 inches tall, as tall as your standard tissue box upright. That's right, go check it out. Foot long sausages at Subway. Giant Burgers. I can see how Australians get so big and tall. P.S. Alot of girl's there are overweight xD7. Cleanest Toilets EverEvery toilet i've ever come across during my stay was beautiful. Its SO CLEAN! I mean i look at it and i shake my head at Malaysians, pissing everywhere else just because the seat is dirty. Shitting on the floor cos someone else already took a crap on the seat. That's sad. Every public toilet is equipped with toilet paper--in plastic bags so it doesn't get dirty. I could shit in any public toilet and it would feel so clean, so cozy, so.. nice! Although the toilets at camping grounds aren't all that great, they never fail to have toilet paper.
8. Bindy
During my stay at Mornington Peninsula, I stayed at a Bed&Breakfast at a farm in the middle of no where. The owners, Tony and Lynette, own 16 acres of land and its all just wonderful. Its so secluded you can't hear any cars, any machines, anything! Just nature. Then i met Bindy. She was so nice and adorable. She would do her daily evening visits whenever she liked and would follow me to feed some horses and all. Once she ran away from me as we were walking to the horses and then she came back wet cos she had jumped in the lake for a swim. Bindy is a dog just in case all that sounded weird. Everyone who ever stayed there loved Bindy. She's just so friendly and nice to hold. I'll show you a picture if you ask for it on MSN. I miss Bindy and i wouldn't mind going back to stay at Billabong for a couple more days ;)
9. Meeting up with Justin
On my second last day i met up with Justin, Justin Choong. Told him to ride the tram and we were waiting at the stop and then i saw him run across the road to Hilton as soon as he got out. I knew it was him by the way he ran though. Then he bought some drink and we went to meet up with my parents and auntie at Central Market. Then we abducted him and brought him back to my auntie's house. She's actually my mom's childhood best friend but then we're also VERY distantly related. So we sat outside and talked for a while and then got scared by some weird metal clanking sound while we were talking about ghosts. Typical of us to get scared by that sort of thing. Then went in and talked a bit more and then he had to go. So we had to send him back to his brother's apartment. His school orchestra is actually going on tour to America and touring with Kylie Minouge, Eskimo Joe and some other guy in December-January. YOU HEAR THAT JUSTIN, IM ADVERTISING FOR YOU. I BETTER GET SOMETHING OUTTA THIS ;D
10. Heh...
Ask me on MSN and i'll consider telling you.
11. Repetitive Songs
Let's See How Far We've Come - Matchbox 20
Won't Go Home Without You - Maroon 5
These two songs just wont stop playing! Every channel is bound to play either one of these at least once an hour. There was this guy in Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne who stood up on a stool and shouted "LET'S SEE HOW FAR WE'VE COME!" Everyone looked at him and then he got down and kept quiet. LOL.
12. Hot Chocolate
Australian hot chocolate ROCKS SOCKS! It's the friggin best i've ever had. None in Malaysia could compete. Everywhere i went it was hot chocolate, hot chocolate, hot chocolate. Its just so wonderful. Really nice.
13. Touring Ourselves
Everywhere we go, is our decision. Where we eat, where we stay, what we do. Its not like touring with a group, thats just a pain in the ass. Made that mistake in China, never enjoyed it. It's really nice to plan your own vacation as you can wake up anytime you like and go wherever you feel like going on that day. Wanna shop? Then by all means, shop! Feeling sleepy in the morning? Sleep till you're awake! Its just so care-free. All you need to do is rent a car and maybe make some bookings where you wanna stay just in case some places are crowded. That's all you need for a good holiday.
Note : It's listed not in order. I wanted to but, who cares? ;)
Thats it. The 13 most UNFORGETTABLE things about my trip to Australia. If you've read it this far from the start then i must say, you're a nice person to read all this. I'll post a summary of my trip soon. So keep checking for updates and don't forget to tag!
Yes, i know you visit but please make your presence known by posting a tag or something.
Till next time.. OZ ROCKS!
